What we do
On this page are a few photographs of work we have recently completed. Many of our clients, Orvis of Stockbridge and Test Valley Borough Council for example, contract us to maintain a regular service.
Renovate a small circular carp pond and bridge
Our task was to make the pond larger and to build a new oak bridge to a central island.
Before we could proceed we had to remove the stock and drain the pond so we could excavate the larger design.
Our client also wanted to have a good marginal growth for which we incorporated a shelf around the edge of the new lake.
We installed predator defences before restocking with carp and tench. The whole system continues to be regularly maintained by us.
Repair riverbanks and weed clearance
A healthy river needs continuing care and maintenance. We look after trout rivers, such as the Itchen, for both private and commercial clients (more photographs on the Home and Contact pages).

Grass cutting, hedge cutting, topping,
rolling and clearing

Our state-of-the-art Flail Mower deals with almost any ground condition. We will top and roll your paddocks, picking up droppings and clearing the grass cuttings as we go. Our machine cuts through docks, thistle, brambles, heather, fern and gorse, all with ease. Whether you want dressage arena perfection or a well-grassed gallop, we will cut to the length you specify. Our mower is also small enough to cut between trees making it ideal for both plantations and pathways.

Bridge repair, gates, fences, boardwalks and fishing hut build or renovation
We can deal with most repairs or renovations and would be pleased to advise you on any outdoor structures needing maintenance work. We can also design and build similar external facilities - even log stores!
